Paris the standard poodle, is our official 'meeter & greeter' and she will pop her head over the half-door for cuddles from anyone willing to offer them! She lives with Amy, (though we're not sure who owns who!) and comes in to The Dogs Body every day with Amy. Her favorite spot is the blanket beside Amys feet as she grooms, or standing against the door for cuddles from the postie!
Paris is Amys 'practise' dog for her grooming experiments too, so expect her to have coloured ears, or funny patterns in her coat from time to time!!! It was with Paris that Amy won the NZ Groomer Of The Year award; they are a perfect pair and can often be seen together around town and at dog shows too!
Paris competes (with Amy) in obedience, rally-o (she has her very first rally-o title now too!) and dabbles a little in agility too. You can see the ribbons Paris has won displayed on the wall at The Dogs Body. |
